Holly Willoughby shares stunning selfie and says ‘good mental health is THE most important thing’

HOLLY Willoughby smiled in a stunning selfie today that came with a positive mental health message.

The This Morning host, 39, looked fresh-faced in the close-up snap inside her home.

She wrote: "I'm showing my support for mental health by wearing a virtual green ribbon… I think good mental health for all is THE most important thing… The green ribbon is also available in a enamel pin."

Holly and her co-star Phillip Schofield have been championing mental health this week on This Morning.

They've been taking calls from viewers who are struggling amid the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

It's coincided with ITV's Britain Get Talking campaign that encourages families to open up to one another about how they're feeling.

Yesterday Holly gave fans a sneak peek of her London home as she posted another shot from her new Marks & Spencer range.

She took to Instagram to share the picture which saw her modelling a beige patterned jumper and a suede skirt.

The mum-of-three was stood in her back garden gazing to the side and a string of fairy lights could be seen hanging on the trees behind her.

Holly captioned the post: "Baby it’s cold outside… Beautiful fair isle knit, perfect for wrapping up warm…

"Thank you @marksandspencer ✨ #ad #winterwoolies #jumperseason … Thanks again to my Harry for the photography skills."

The This Morning presenter's 6.9 million followers were quick to comment on the photo, with one person writing: "Holly absolutely stunning beautiful."

A second commented: "Love this jumper 💕," while a third added: "Harry is such a good photographer!! All these pics look so professionally done!"

Holly revealed earlier this month that her eldest child has been playing photographer recently.

Last week she shared a couple of other shots taken by 11-year-old Harry in the garden of her £3million London home.

Captioning the snaps, Holly wrote: "I bet this weather has got you thinking about a winter jacket… love this @marksandspencer checked pea coat that goes with everything!

"Photography curtesy of my boy Harry… #quarantinelife #proudmum #ad."

The M&S photoshoot has been a family affair, with Holly previously sharing pics her daughter Belle had taken.

The This Morning star explained how the youngster took the snaps because the family were quarantining and couldn't see anyone.
